User Profile Workshop
In the case of Lode, the team has discovered a wonderful technology (AR) and use case to allow customers to experience virtual stores environment, try on clothes (again, virtually), and buy right from one interface. The founding team, two super talented founders with background in architecture, has been working on the application for a while. Their challenge is to discover How we can improve the user experience of the application ahead of their pilot test.
To start, we want to understand the user profiles and the founder’s / business goals surrounding this solution. Essentially - who are we creating for and why?

We collect data from multiple sources: founders/business, market/competitive, our users, and our technology team inputs in order to score and arrive at one view of the challenges surrounding the solution, their prioritization in relation to each other, and improvements derived from these understandings.
Our method focuses intensely on saving the founders/startups money and time by focusing on what’s most important backed up by real evidence.
Based on these findings, the Lode team made a decision to address the top 25/25/25 issues, therefore improving the overall user experience of the entire application.
