Product Management Associate

We’re looking to hire a part-time Product Management Associate to join our collective. You will serve as a connector for our team, interacting with designers, developers, project owners, researchers, and various client stakeholders to keep projects healthy, happy, and on track. Here's what that looks like:
You'll work directly with the the designers and the clients. All work can be done remotely.
You'll get experience planning and managing client-facing digital design projects. This could include attending client meetings (usually in the mornings), run internal standups, capture meeting notes, creating and managing product roadmap.
The job will loosely break down into 60% project management and administrative support, 20% design research, and 20% quality assurance support.
This is a paid part-time contract position of 10 - 20 hours per week to start with room to increase.
What would my responsibilities be?
Oversee aspects of digital design projects from planning to implementation, to ensure they achieve successful outcomes on time and on budget.
Allocate and support team members for assigned projects. Tracking hours spent on the project.
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure all parties have a clear view of project progress and have everything they need to work effectively and efficiently. Attend client and product meetings (usually in the morning or early afternoon EST)
Own the productization of the Collective process, including hiring process, leads process, workshop and training process.
You'd be great for this job if...
You have at least 1+ year of work experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency setting.
You understand the technology, principles, and approaches behind digital product development: user experience design, web and mobile development, branding, digital marketing.
You have strong spoken and written communication skills.
You can demonstrate strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

You have solid organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and can multi-task effectively.
