Experimental by Design: How to Start Building Products with Confidence

You’ve probably heard of the saying, “build it and they will come”. You’ve also learned that it’s a myth. If you’re going to build a product, you better make damn sure people want to use what you spend time, money, blood, sweat, and tears to make.

Instead of blindly committing to an idea, we'll explore a culture of product experimentation that puts "value-to-customer" first can help founders de-risk their biggest decisions. Most importantly, we'll discuss how your organization can begin incorporating learning into its product development process to build with greater confidence.
